Sponsorship Opportunities


Breakfast: $1000 (three available) - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings will feature a continental breakfast for conference attendees. Breakfast Sponsorship includes signage during breakfast and your company logo on napkins, as well as the opportunity to distribute promotional material during breakfast. Breakfast sponsors also receive a free pass to a full-day lecture of their choice ($595.00 value).
Conference Breaks: $500 (six available) - On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday conference attendees will enjoy a break, drink, and snack. Conference Break sponsorships include signage and your company logo on napkins.
Luncheon: $1000 (three available) - Conference attendees will be treated to a hot lunch buffet on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Your company’s name will appear on signage displayed throughout the luncheon area, the napkins will carry your logo, and you will have the opportunity to distribute promotional material during lunch. Luncheon sponsors also receive a free pass to a full-day lecture of their choice ($595.00 value).
Networking Reception: $1000 (two available) - After a long day in class, conference attendees will enjoy beer or wine before the dinner buffet starts. While attendees mingle and talk, your company logo will be displayed on signage, cocktail napkins, and drink tumblers. Networking Reception sponsors also receive a free pass to a full-day lecture of their choice ($595.00 value).
Wednesday Dinner: $1,500 - Following the Networking Reception, conference attendees will enjoy a hot dinner buffet. Dinner sponsorship includes signage during dinner and your company logo on napkins, and the opportunity to distribute promotional material during dinner. The Dinner sponsor also receives a free pass to a full-day lecture of their choice ($595.00 value).
Keynote Dinner: $2,500 - The keynote speaker for "Implementing Lead-free: A Hands-on Workshop" is Dan Shea, CTO of Celestica. As CTO since 1998, Dan is responsible for all aspects of technology and engineering, including overseeing Celestica's compliance with emerging environmental legislation such as RoHS and WEEE, and Celestica's Green Services product conversion offering. Keynote Dinner sponsors receive signage during dinner, their company logo on napkins, and the opportunity to distribute promotional material during the keynote dinner. The Keynote Dinner sponsor also receives two free passes to a full-day lecture of their choice (each pass is a $595.00 value)
